Weekly operating loop

Status update content

Each update should include:

• Completed outcomes.
• Current work and owners.
• Risks, blockers, and decisions needed.
• Evidence gathered.
• Changes to scope, assumptions, or sequencing.
• Next planned outcomes.

Backlog hygiene

Review backlog weekly. Close stale items, split large items, assign owners, and confirm that top-ranked work still matches current evidence.
